Description:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and organization of goods within the warehouse. You will assist in inventory management, packing, and shipping, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and products are safely stored and distributed.

The Work You’ll Do:

Receive, check, and unload incoming shipments of goods and products

Verify the accuracy of shipments by checking items against packing lists and invoices

Store goods in the correct location within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization

Pick and pack products for outgoing shipments according to order specifications

Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of products

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training can be provided)

Maintain inventory control by tracking stock levels, assisting with regular counts, and updating records

Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors

Assist with the preparation of orders and labeling of products for shipping

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards

Assist with warehouse organization and optimizing space for inventory storage

Follow safety protocols, including lifting techniques, equipment operation, and warehouse safety rules

What You’ll Bring:

Ability to lift and move heavy goods (up to 25-30 kg)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and inventory

Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team

Good physical stamina to stand, bend, and move throughout the warehouse

Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

Strong communication skills to work with team members and supervisors

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is a plus

Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing

Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

Good organizational and time-management skills

Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to warehouse safety guidelines

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
