Job Description

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to join metal components, ensuring the integrity and safety of structures and equipment. Your work will involve using various welding techniques and ensuring high-quality standards are met for all welded materials.

The Work You’ll Do:
Welding Operations: Perform welding tasks on various materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) using techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process and materials.

Inspection: Inspect welded joints for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and industry standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition, and troubleshoot minor issues when required.

Assembly and Fabrication: Assist with the assembly of components, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and welding of parts.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate: Work closely with other team members, including fabricators and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and to standard.
