Job Description
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various areas within the facility. Your role includes ensuring that all spaces are tidy, sanitized, and safe for employees and visitors. You will play a vital role in creating a clean and healthy work environment.
The Work You’ll Do:
Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, walls, windows, and surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas regularly to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Waste Management: Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and ensure waste areas are clean and organized.
Cleaning Equipment Maintenance: Operate cleaning machines and maintain tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
Stock Supplies: Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring you have the necessary materials to complete tasks efficiently.
Health & Safety: Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure all cleaning tasks are done in accordance with health and safety standards.
Assist in Special Cleaning Projects: Support with deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed, including post-construction or event clean-ups.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
Certification: Any health and safety or cleaning certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
