Job Description
Fruit and Vegetable Sorters play a crucial role in the agricultural and food supply chain by ensuring that produce meets quality standards before reaching consumers. They carefully inspect, sort, and grade fruits and vegetables to maintain freshness, appearance, and safety.
The Work You’ll Do:
Inspect incoming fruits and vegetables for quality, size, color, and ripeness.
Sort and grade produce according to established guidelines and standards.
Remove damaged, spoiled, or substandard items from the batch.
Handle produce carefully to avoid bruising or damage during sorting.
Pack sorted fruits and vegetables into containers or pallets for storage or shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily sorting targets.

Qualifications:
