professional with practical experience in warehouse operations, cargo handling, customer service, and
import and export processes.

fast-paced aviation environment. My responsibilities include cargo handling, verifying Air Waybills (HAWB/
MAWB), operating the CARGOSPOT cargo management system, using Handheld Terminals (HHT), ensuring
compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the timely movement of cargo in accordance
with airline and company procedures.
I hold a Diploma in Advanced Cargo Rating and Marketing from the East African School of Aviation, together
with IATA certifications in Cargo Operations and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR). These qualifications,
combined with my hands-on experience, have equipped me with strong technical knowledge and the ability
to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer
service.
I am a dependable, hardworking, and adaptable individual with excellent communication, planning, and
problem-solving skills. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am always eager to
learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to organizational success. My goal is to continue
developing professionally while adding value through efficiency, integrity, and a commitment to continuous
improvement.
