This role involves working outdoors, hand-picking ripe strawberries, and handling them with care to maintain quality and freshness. The Work You’ll Do:

Pick ripe strawberries by hand while maintaining quality and avoiding damage to the fruit.

Sort, clean, and place strawberries into containers according to size and grade standards.

Work efficiently to meet daily harvesting targets.

Follow farm supervisors’ instructions for handling crops and tools.

Assist in planting, weeding, and maintaining strawberry plants when required.

Keep the work area clean and follow all health and safety guidelines.
