Loader in Factory

Job Description

A Loader in a factory plays a key role in ensuring smooth production and logistics operations by efficiently handling the loading and unloading of materials and products. This position requires physical strength, attention to safety, and teamwork to keep the factory workflow on track.

The Work You’ll Do:

Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and supplies safely and efficiently.

Move materials to designated areas within the factory using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if trained).

Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized loading area to prevent hazards.

Assist warehouse and production teams as needed to support daily operations.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment at all times.
