Job Description

A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring fishing equipment and supplies are stored, handled, and shipped efficiently. They play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, team productivity, and operational safety.

The Work You’ll Do:

Supervise warehouse staff in receiving, inspecting, and storing fishing gear and supplies.

Ensure accurate picking, packing, and preparation of orders for delivery or shipment.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
