Job Description

Confectionery Factory Packers play a crucial role in the final stages of the production process, ensuring that sweets and confectionery products are carefully packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution. They help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency within a fast-paced factory environment.

The Work You’ll Do:

Pack confectionery products according to company standards and customer specifications.

Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging.

Label and seal packages accurately and neatly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly to meet food industry standards.

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Housing is provided by the employer. 2-3 people live in rooms.
Family couples are provided with separate rooms.
