Work in Fields involves physically demanding tasks essential for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Field workers play a critical role in supporting agricultural production by ensuring crops grow healthy and are harvested efficiently.

The Work You’ll Do:

Prepare soil for planting by clearing debris and tilling the land.

Plant seeds or seedlings according to crop requirements and seasonal schedules.

Water, fertilize, and care for crops to promote healthy growth.

Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and other issues, reporting concerns promptly.

Harvest mature crops carefully to avoid damage and ensure quality.

Load and transport harvested produce to storage or processing areas.

Maintain tools, equipment, and field cleanliness to promote safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of agricultural practices or a willingness to learn on the job.

Ability to follow instructions and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail to help identify crop health issues early.

Reliability and dedication to meet seasonal work demands and schedules.

Picking and packing vegetables and fruits. Condition for women: You will not have to lift more than 1 kg
