My name is Seleem Babatunde Adebayo. I am a hardworking, responsible, and dedicated individual with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Guidance and Counselling. I have been working with Capital One Farm since 2018, where I have gained valuable experience, developed strong work ethics, and learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, reliability, and commitment.
Over the years, I have become experienced in working in a busy and demanding environment, following instructions, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and working effectively with other members of a team. I am physically fit, willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Although my academic background is in Guidance and Counselling, my practical work experience has helped me develop skills that are valuable in different working environments, particularly in roles that require responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and dedication.

During my employment, I have developed strong skills in teamwork, following instructions, handling assigned responsibilities, maintaining an organised workplace, and completing tasks efficiently and on time. My experience has taught me to be reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and adaptable. I am comfortable working as part of a team, working under pressure, and carrying out physically demanding duties when required.
